Travel & accommodation costs apply depending on the destination and duration of the appointment.

Policies

• A €30 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
  
• The remaining balance is due after the appointment via bank transfer.
• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
  
• No-shows will result in loss of the booking fee.
• Please ensure your hair is clean and detangled prior to your appointment.
  
• Please be ready at the scheduled time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled without refund.
• A clean and suitable workspace with access to a power outlet is required for all appointments.
