It takes 7-14 business days to process your order before the items are shipped. After processing, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping: 1-3 business days within the Netherlands, delivery times to other countries may vary.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items.

If you’re not happy with your hair items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, the hair bundles must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Items that have been altered or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.
