Refund policy

At Raeven Hair Collection, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unopened, unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, worn, altered, tampered with or used.

Pre Orders & Sale Items

All pre-order items are final sale. These items cannot be refunded or returned.
If you did not intend to place a pre-order, you must request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations will no longer be possible.

However, eligible pre-order items may be exchanged for another product or issued as a store gift card, subject to approval and product availability.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
    •    Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup
    •    Items must remain unopened, unused and in their original condition
    •    Original packaging and tags must still be attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Incorrect Orders
If we made a mistake with your order, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@raevenhair.com or via WhatsApp at +31642246220.

If the error was made on our part, Raeven Hair Collection will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges & Store Credit
Approved exchanges or store credit will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
