If Raeven Hair made a mistake with the order, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, the hair bundles must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Items that have been altered or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our 613 blonde bundles are carefully processed and colored from one-donor raw Vietnamese hair. Each bundle is bleached and toned from 100% authentic raw hair to achieve the bright 613 shade while maintaining softness and strength. Double drawn and cuticle aligned, the hair remains full from top to bottom for a smooth, luxurious finish.

With proper care, it lasts 2–3+ years.
