For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items.
If Raeven Hair made a mistake with the order, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, the hair bundles must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Items that have been altered or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our Honey Drip Pre-colored bundles are carefully processed and colored from one-donor raw Vietnamese hair. Each bundle is custom-made, bleached and toned from 100% authentic raw hair to achieve the bright highlighted shade while maintaining softness and strength. Super double drawn for extra fullness from top to bottom, and a smooth, luxurious finish.
With proper care, it lasts 2–3+ years.
